Our Story: A Monumental Start In Utah

Monument Health Group entered the Utah healthcare landscape in February 2024 with the acquisition of our first two facilities: Monument Health Group in Millcreek and Monument Health Group in Bountiful. Although new to the state, our leadership and ownership teams brought extensive experience — including years of successful operations in Arizona.

In early 2025, we expanded significantly, acquiring nine additional facilities and building a statewide network focused on clinical excellence, staff development, and local community care. 

Since entering the market, we’ve completed a multi-million dollar renovation at our Millcreek location and have begun remodeling our American Fork facility — part of our long-term plan to upgrade every location over the next five to seven years.
